Background:
"Maailman onnellisin työkansa?" podcast is a 10-part podcast series that discusses well-being at work. The episodes focus on universal issues of well-being at work, such as workplace bullying, finding one's own internal motivation and the effects of digitalisation in working life. The guests of the podcast are well-known experts in their field as well as people familiar with the public experience experts.

Problem:
SAK hadn’t done a podcast before, so launching one was a new challenge. How do you get your audience interested in an unknown podcast? How do you get people to find a podcast after the episodes are released?

Outcome:
Together with SAK's communication team and podcast presenter, Satu Mäki, we created a communication plan that we implemented both on SAK's social media channels and on the podcast's own social media channels. We created different types of content to make it easier to design publications. 
I was responsible for designing social media content, such as videos and images. In addition, I assisted the podcast presenter Satu Mäki to come up with topics and I helped her with the communication for the podcast, too.
